Women’s and Kids’ Clothing retailer. Grew loyalty program and sales through numerous promotions and marketing, plus fun in-store advantages such as a for-sale candy table, and a comfy sofa for divorced dads to relax and spend longer visits allowing their daughters to endlessly shop; every item was gift wrapped with fun-inspired wrapping and a huge lollipop. Plus, every single item in the store was for sale, including the fun, multi-colored chandeliers (and they sold many of them!). Transitioned the business to Amazon, becoming a top seller as #1, #2 or #3 in items’ respective categories, ultimately resulting in the sale of the company via Empire Flippers.
